the « imagine if roles were reversed » thing is tiring and not well exploited, it only goes so far and isn’t a groundbreaking plot idea to begin with so idk, to me this was extremely uneventful

i find it extremely hard to rate memoirs because who am i to rate someone’s life story ? i had a hard time reading this, not because of the nature of the story but because i found it uneventful at first. then everything shifted from the moment when she starts going to college. very emotional read, found myself fully sobbing at many different points. related a lot too.

damn, i sure did cry
overall, a nice story about grief and how to overcome it and how to deal with the people in our lives whom are also grieving, all in their own ways
i enjoyed reading this, but i found the ending to be a bit abrupt
