At this point I’m convinced I was meant to read Kennedy Ryan works right now and that I mentally wasn’t ready to read her books way back when…I am SO glad I started this journey because every single book so far has spoken to me and truly feels like it’s been helping me heal through so much pain I didn’t realize I was holding onto. The focus on grief and depression in this was spot on with the hurt I am currently working to overcome. This book will be my top 5 reads of 2024 for sure. I connected with both Si and Yas on the deepest of levels and I’m grateful for this book. Truly a work of art.

The way O.O told this story was indeed magical! It was written so poetically and so beautifully that every twist and turn had me on the edge of my seat. By far one of the best audiobooks I’ve listened to since I started listening to audios. I can’t wait to see what her next work of art will be. Highly recommend an immersive read with this one it’s worth every moment!

Did not finish book. Stopped at 0%.
I honestly didn’t think it was twisted but I was extremely annoyed how every other phrase ole girl said was “my brother” like girl he isn’t your blood and he never treated you as such shut up and lust for that man in peace. I felt like she was making the situation bigger than it was and I just couldn’t keep hearing her emphasize that technicality. I watched the Fosters so I don’t see the problem with her feelings lol

This is a very slow burn but every moment of the book I enjoyed! The banter, the comedic moments, the plot twists, the emotional rollercoaster, this was definitely worth the hype. Now miss girl needs to make sure I don’t wait too long for book two bc I need that!

I wasn’t expecting this book to be what it was. I went in blind and I’m so glad I did. Kennedy Ryan is that girl with the writing. Cannot wait to read more of her masterpieces!

I heard this is a duplicate of ToG but I refuse to read that so….I’ll say it’s similar to ACOTAR with a splash of Hunger Games and a twinkle of Anastasia with some smut. If you like those things you just might like this book. Personally I only kept reading to find out why
blue eyes blonde hair king
immediately gave me the ick. Not too sure if I’ll read the next book in this series though.
