I’m just ready for the second book, man….. I am SO shook about that ending. Albeit, I’m heartbroken….. 💔😔.

This book emotionally devastated me!! Rahul is the perfect man! Perfect in every way and I’m so glad Jasmine finally got around to seeing it! The spice 🌶️🌶️ was honestly great too! Talia Hibbert is about to become one of my favorite romance authors!!! ❤️

It was very reflective for me.  As a 20 year old woman, this poem in particular really resonated with me:

“And so you’re nineteen lying in your bedroom, eyes damp and breaths heavy, wondering why love hasn’t swung your way. Although you know young love is just false hope, you still crave to be wanted by another heartbeat. Your name on someone else’s lips and spoken softly in your ear. But there is this vast void between now and then that terrifies you deep down to your bones. Background noise becomes haunting thoughts. The idea that you won’t ever be wanted. You won’t find someone who will unconditionally love you. You might never feel reciprocated love. So you sit there in the shades of grey and pray that one day your thoughts will be proven wrong. Until then you dream endless fantasies of how it would be. You drape your arms over your ghost and dance the night away. You lie in bed and stare at the vacant spot next to you and whisper conversations you wish to have. Because it’s the closest thing you have to what you so desperately want and even though it only blackens the void more, you’re addicted to the feeling of being loved. If only it were real… “

I really enjoyed this book. I recommend for all young women ❤️

It was ok. There were a couple of poems that I liked but towards the ends the poems were becoming a little off topic.

I thought this book was very sweet. Donovan and Jada both compliment each so well and bring something very important into each other's lives. Donovan learned that having emotions is ok and Jada learned to take herself more seriously. I really enjoyed this book ❤️
