This was too cute and a good transition into holiday reading for me because it it’s my too Christmassy but still had some moments which is what I needed right now. Holly and Ivy were the most adorable BFF duo and I really enjoyed you got both of their love stories. It’s narrated by one of my faves too so that was an added bonus to an already adorable read

I have been absolutely loving this series on audio and this was another amazing addition to the series. There were so many parts of this that broke my heart, both Tomer and Violet’s backstories are tough, so I desperately wanted them to be happy for once. The suspense was super high here and so was the heat, a perfect combination honestly. It does end on a cliffhanger so I’m anxiously awaiting the next book, I have got to see what happens next! Both narrators captured the emotional complexity of the characters so so well and had me on the edge of my seat with their deliveries.

I’m deep into my seasonal reading and this might be the most perfectly fall book I’ve read so far, I loved it!! While I really liked every single aspect here the best part for me was the banter, it was SO good. Oakley and Finn really don’t like each other for a good portion of the book and the author gave us so many great one liners and hilarious bickering. The tension translated to some serious heat in the bedroom, these two 🥵 🫠 but you also get so many really sweet and cozy moments too. It’s also age gap, grump and sunshine, and small town plus fall in Vermont at an apple orchard. It doesn’t get more fall vibes than that.

This is the first book in a new series and my first by the author and I have to say, I was pretty impressed! I’m always on the lookout for romantic suspense and this definitely had some high stakes and great moments of action. It also had plenty of swoony and sexy romance with a couple I was rooting for. Robert Hatchet and Laura Horowitz both gave fantastic emotional performances that fit the characters so well. I’m really looking forward to the second book.

I loved the sound of this, a vigilante serial killer with plenty of female rage sounded too good to pass up for me. Cordelia was a fascinating character, sometimes you can understand why she is the way that she is and others you’re like ok this bitch is just unhinged but I thought that was fun. This is darkly comedic, Cordelia is acerbic and sharp but when she’s around her best friend Diane and Diane’s daughter there is a softer side to her. While I felt this was a little long and rambling at times the suspense was solid and the tension kept amping up as the book went along. The ending was a bit anticlimactic and there were some loose ends but overall I had fun with this one and think it will be popular once it’s released.

This one was super cute and even though I wasn’t a theater kid, I enjoyed all the behind the scenes action here. Noah was a bit hard to like but I did eventually enjoy his sarcasm and wit and Luke was pretty dreamy, so that helped. I always forget how great Michael Crouch is until I listen to his narration again, he’s just fabulous and so engaging.
