An action-packed and steamy romantasy with fascinating world-building and loveable characters! Sorcha is phenomenal and fierce female lead. Zarios is overprotective and possessive, but supports her when it matters and doesn’t stand in the way of her dreams. We love to see healthy, open communication between a leading couple! Both the lead and side characters are wonderfully written. I couldn’t wait to see where the story went next. Hope to see more of this world soon!

This latest installment in the Trollkin Lovers series is much darker than the others, but still delivers on the heartwarming romance and steam that we love from Lyonne Riley. These characters make such a wonderful couple. Mia is an incredible addition to the lineup of fierce female leads from this series! Both her and Cragnorr will do whatever it takes to protect the other and fight for their happy ending. I was completely surprised by the direction this story took, and on the edge of my seat to see what happened next!

This couple is insanely cute! I admired the lengths they took to learn more about each other - Luna reading up on demon lore and Zain quizzing her human sister. This is a great read to kick off the spooky season! I really enjoyed the glimpses into what happened with Willow and Damien after the end of Spookily Yours. This book was super spicy too! Far more than any other book from this author that I’ve read. Definitely high heat!

Note: I was hesitant to read this one because I wasn’t a huge fan of the first installment in this series, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this. Not unlike the first book, the MMC is once again a manipulative liar. However, throughout the story, he learns to recognize this and truly regrets his behavior. He wants to be good and honest and worthy of the FMC’s love. He grovels at her feet when he realizes he has done wrong. This man does an apology the right way, completely unlike the MMC of the first book. I would urge anyone that (like me) was enraged by the MMC’s behavior in book one to give this second installment a fair chance. I hope that you will also be pleasantly surprised.

Review: The best installment in this series so far! I adored Elodie! She grew so much over the course of this story and I loved watching her learn what it is like to be truly loved, and not settling for anything else. She is compassionate, yet fierce and unyielding. Azeroth is a demon who knows just how lucky he is to have her heart, and isn’t afraid to grovel when he has done wrong. The final standoff and ending were absolutely perfect!

This has to be the best installment from the Femme Fatale series yet! It’s impossible not to immediately fall for these characters. They are so wonderfully perfect together. Polina helps Calvin to see that he is worth something and that he matters. Calvin helps Polina to understand that she doesn’t have to sacrifice everything she wants for the people around her, and that sometimes it’s okay to be a selfish princess. This story was action packed and incredibly exciting! I loved all of the side characters, especially the cameos from previous MCs in this universe.

The perfect blend of humor and heat with just a dash of cringe that somehow makes it even more enjoyable. Cubs & Campfires is a heartwarming, poetic, and unapologetic story about being yourself and finding the place you fit into the world, even if it upsets society. The banter between these two characters is just feet-kickingly delightful. It’s such a refreshing breath of fresh air to see plus size characters confidently love their bodies, know just how attractive they are, and never ever doubt their own looks. The HEA felt just right for these guys and I can’t wait to see cameos of them in future books.
