I enjoyed the plot of a teacher sending her underlings on one final heist, the romance was good, and I enjoyed the overarching plot.

A good into to pirates and the background information. It was a quick read, but still had brought up some interesting points.

I loved this book so much I’m going to mail a copy to my parents. I loved the pirates, witches, and a tale about how choices have consequences. It’s lighthearted and funny while also still having important themes in it.

It felt rushed, but I liked the mental health representation and the autumnal vibes

Two thieves who sometimes have to team up and sometimes have to square off. It was a fun read and I liked watching the characters grow through the story.

This book has some poems that really stood out to me but I don’t think I was the intended demographic. I can see where this book would be throughly enjoyed by somebody else.

This book left me on the edge of my seat, devastated, and so concerned everything was going to fail. Literally recommend this book to everybody I know that enjoys fantasy.

I like how this book is about sisterly love, the creation of a bone dog, and how the characters in this book (when the majority of the plot takes place) are adults.

A fun short story. I liked this book because of the talking animal companions, the curse breaking, and the elemental magic.

This was a fun read. A great start to a fantasy series and I’m excited to see what happens next.

The banter is great, the characters are interesting, the multiple plot lines make me wonder what’s going to happen next. I also enjoyed how religion, gender norms, and politics all come together.
