Until the very end.

This book had me hooked! I swear I don’t get sucked into books like I do a book from T. S. Joyce. I could not put this down! Landon is a sweetheart. Lucia though stubborn in the beginning really opened up. My goodness! The character development in this book! Chief’s Kiss 😚🤌 amazing. Highly recommend. Would read again, probably will in the near future with the rest of Damon’s Mountain.

Love at first bite. Oh my goodness! I loved every second of this book! Kru isn’t at all what I thought he was like from the previous book. He’s so much better! And Cadence? Hot damn! Love her! I am speed reading through this series, I can’t help it, I love them so much! On to the next one!

It’s good to be Home. I absolutely love the way T. S. Joyce writes. I can’t get enough of her books. I have reread Damon’s Mountains Series several times now and they never get old. I’ve read all of her books and when I saw this one was back in Damon’s Mountains I couldn’t snatch it up fast enough. The HEA and the intensity of the bonds between families, crews, friends and mates all make this book the 5⭐️’s that it is. Can’t wait to read the next one which I am starting right after I finish typing this review.

I just couldn’t get into it. The writing stile wasn’t the problem for me it just seems this genre isn’t for me. I had a very hard time getting into it. I really thought when I read the synopsis that I was going to just eat this book up and devour it in a couple days. But alas it took me much longer than that and I almost didn’t finish. Really probably should have to be honest, this book just really wasn’t for me.

This is an absolute Readers Fantasy! I absolutely love the concept of characters coming out of books! It reminds me of that movie with Brendan Fraser, Inkheart! Though this book has a completely different vibe than that movie lol. Definitely will be continuing this series.

Holy Hell!

There are so many words yet I can’t seem to express any of them! This was an absolutely amazing read! I can’t wait to continue the story!

With Fury having three mates and each of them from a different supernatural group I just can’t get enough of this!

I’m wondering if even though Fury has changed if she’ll still have her same powers as before too?! That would be super interesting!

I hope Roxanne finds her mate! I feel like that would add a little extra drama to the already dramatic story that is Fury’s life.

And what the hell?! An angel behind all of it?! I would never have seen that coming!

Hot and steamy! The book got more and more interesting as it went on. I’m really happy I picked this one up on one of the stuff your kindle days. I’ve been getting more into the billionaire romances and this didn’t disappoint!

What a ride! It was slow in the beginning and hard for me to get into the book to start off but once it got going, boy did it go! This book, like the others before it really made you feel, and not always what you wanted to! I’m so curious as to where this story leads and with that cliffhanger at the end! Man am I glad the next book was just recently released!

Eira is so frustrating but also I’m loving how she’s grown through each of the books. Her love story with Cullen is something I can’t get enough of. Even though they both frustrate me to no end I just know however it ends for them it’s gonna be big, it’s gonna be juicy and I’m here for it. And now theres a little bit of a thing going on with Olivin too?! But now he was left behind?! Ahh! Idk what’s going to happen!

Umm also the explosion?! Who survived?! Who didn’t?! What happened?! I need to know!! So many questions! Guess I’ll have to read the next book sooner rather than later!

Holy Moly! Was that a good one! Though it took me a long time to finish that was due to life and not the book itself. Once I had time to really sit down and read I couldn’t stop! Hence why I am writing this review at 1:30 in the morning!!

I have to say I was curious in the beginning and when I got sucked in I started coming up with theories of my own before the book would tell me its theories. Sometimes I was right, sometimes I was wrong. But wow-wee!! I did not see that ending coming!!

Riley Sager really knows how to suck you in and keep you hostage! See what I did there?! … anyway… I wonder if I read this again if I would catch things before they came like little tells or foreshadowing that I missed while reading it this time. Not sure I will do that re-read for a while because I’m pretty good at remembering a story once I read it and get super bored if I re-read too soon even if I loved the book. Maybe because I’m super intrigued with finding things out I might get to do the re-read sooner rather than later.

Here come the spoilers… look away stop reading if you don’t want the book to be completely ruined!

I am so upset with Lenora and how she hid her sister away for all those years! I’m also upset with Kit’s father!! Oh my god! Like what the actual f@&$?!?! So many things wrong with his decisions. I was angry with Virginia too but in the end I’m happy for her. She had a lot wronged by her and had to live with everything until she was ready willing and able to get away.

These are just my personal opinions and totally understand if others opinions don’t match with mine. That’s why it’s a personal opinion right? Anyway, I’m rambling now. This book was amazing and was something I wouldn’t have picked up on my own. Thank you Pumpkin Patch Book Club for choosing this as its first book!

The main character really frustrated me in this book. I almost DNF’d because of how frustrating it was to read. It took me so long to finish because I just really couldn’t get past my frustration. I will not be continuing this series because it continues from the same characters point of view. Also, I didn’t like how the fact that the main character is a witch was kinda of an after thought. It almost seemed as if it was thrown in there to try to make the story more exciting but wasn’t fully thought out. Not saying this wasn’t a good murder mystery but as far as the supernatural aspect, to me, it was subpar. Just didn’t hit the spot.
