Loved this book! Great friends to lovers story. Also wonderful bi representation and identity journey. The characters were easily likable and fun. Very spicy! Lots of fun, honestly. I will definitely be reading again.

Super cute story! I was hooked from the jump. I loved the characters and enjoyed following their journeys. I wish I knew Justin a little bit more though. I feel like his character wasn’t as fleshed out as Wes. 2.5/5 spicy levels. I couldn’t put it down!

This was a fun continuation of the Jock. It was great to get to be with those characters again and Colton and Nick held up as main characters just as well as they did side characters. 2.5/5 spicy levels.

This was a fun read. It was short, sweet, and cute. The characters were initially not super likable, but they definitely grew on me. It kept me entertained and I couldn’t put it down! 0/5 spicy levels.

It was nice to revisit these characters I love so much, however, I didn’t vibe with this book. It was a lot of arguing and it made me doubt Luc and Oliver’s relationship a lot. I appreciate the commentary on marriage and gay relationships, as well family relationships and various other issues, but I think I just wanted a predictable rom com, which is to say the low review is entirely on me and not exactly a true representation of the book. I will likely read future Luc and Oliver books, but I won’t be rereading any.

Edited to add: this entire book seems like one huge miscommunication. Also Oliver is perfect and deserves better.

This was a compelling read, but I felt the relationship struggle near the end was out of left field for the character. That kind of took me out of the fantasy. 3/5 spicy levels.

It took me a while to care about any of the characters. It was interesting to see so many gay characters in different parts of their lives and struggling with similar yet different issues. In the end, many characters were unlikable. The ending was rather abrupt as well.
