It is very informative and a good starting book
I can understand how some people can be upset after reading this book or after not seeing results, the author does mention that nothing is guaranteed and the reader must understand that each case is unique.
Personally, I'm not planning on trying in the next 6 months but the section about supplements was very informative and useful long term, same thing about BPA, sperm quality, egg time to mature, etc.

I rate it lower because of the affiliate links, and the fact that there was confusion about if she's a biologist or what type she is which could be misleading.

Overall, I would recommend this book to someone interested In this topic

A bit long towards the end (around page 170), there's more repetition and the stories get boring after a while (too many of them) but overall it was a quick read. Great tips, for someone who has never read any of Dave Ramsey's book this was a great sum up.
