The Breakup Vacation by Anna Gracia

I had high hopes but wow the characters are unrealistic, irresponsible, unrelatable. They are immature and there was very little character growth. It had a good premise (I guess, but looking back, less impressive) and there was a very nice diverse cast of characters, but that's the positives. Only reason why I finished was because it was mostly an easy read.

Well written but ended in an unsatisfying way again.

Interesting and fast paced. Not a scary type of thriller and the Twists were kind of predictable. But overall, an intricate and interesting plot.

Thought provoking. I will constantly be pondering on what storyline is true. But I will never have a clear answer. I would love to read a sequel to get some clarity on what actually happens to these characters.

This book was ...interesting. I had the plot twist mostly guessed from the beginning which was disappointing for the hype that this book gets. I liked how the chapters were short so it was a fast-ish read. I don't like how the side quests that the main character went on to help Alicia werent relevant to the story and nothing really got resolved. Then the ending was quite rushed after the plot twist, and the last pages weren't well thought out imo.

This book is very fast paced with an interesting, popcorn style narrative as we meet different characters. The ending / "twist" was disappointing and the book felt unfinished.
