So heartbreaking, eye opening, and gorgeous. What a well spoken woman who has been through so much. This is a wonderfully written memoir and I wish her and her husband and her kiddos nothing but peace and love and happiness.

Wonderful to revisit the story. As an adult, I did have to keep reminding myself that Meg is a child, and has very normal reactions for a child to the situation around her. I had forgotten how abruptly the story throws you into the action. Still, an enjoyable revisit!

A cozy and cute story. A quick little jaunt into a fairytale with a nice little twist.

Wow. I've never felt anything like what Paul and Julian feel for each other. The prose was gorgeous, and the characters felt so developed. Genuinely unsettling book to read in the best way.

Holy wow. Legitimately scary book. Devastatingly sad for Bela and I really loved the unreliability of her narration. I love unique perspectives in books and this one was SO well done and SO freaky.

I loved In the Distance and wanted to give this a shot. While I found the stocks and numbers hard to keep up with and a little disconnecting, I loved the intricacies of the plot.
