Okay I did really like this but the pacing was so off and the emotions would go from 0 to 100 so quickly I was like wait... I also binge read this yesterday so that probably didn't help.

The novel tried being light-hearted and serious at the same time and it didn't really work too well. I think some moments needed more depth and self-reflection instead of just jumping to the next scene or crying it all out and then jumping to the next scene.

I really liked Yamilet and for that the book gets 1 extra star.
