Honestly…this book is weird. I get what Wolf is trying to do…I think. But it’s really hard to follow & I found myself wondering what in the world is actually going on.
It IS interesting enough that I’ll keep going with the series. I’ve also heard that the series better as a whole than it is as individual parts. We’ll see.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 7%.

Just…wasn’t feeling it. The creative use of one gender pronoun to describe everyone made it exceedingly difficult for me to follow the story. Just didn’t feel like having to try that hard to enjoy the story.

I really enjoyed this book—it was slow & the confusion of the characters translated to the reader. The mystery is slow to unfold—but it’s intriguing. And the writing is well done—easy to read without being simple. Looking forward to the next in this series!

I loved this book. It was an amazing end to an incredible series. Tied everything up nicely without overdoing the explanations—leaving just enough to the imagination for a satisfying end.
