loved the general plot and the writing but THE INCEST SUBPLOT? HELLO? there was literally no reason for them to do allat. i can’t ethically rate this book above 2.5 stars after learning it was originally a ron x ginny fanfic….

(also alec is my fav and i hope he doesn’t die)

the prose was so whimsical and lovely, and the characters were all so diverse and wonderful in their own ways - the dynamics between the crew, and their banter, was everything to me!

im so proud of rut, and she should be too - ditnol is an amazing debut novel!!
