This is a pretty standard Terry Pratchett Discworld book. Fun and amusing but not particularly groundbreaking

An entertaining read. It felt like the author kept coming right up to a thesis on free will or the nature of exploiting labor, and then shied away at the last second to talk about love. It kind of felt like a cheap knockoff of Asimov's work. I enjoyed it but this is definitely for someone who wants action and not thought.

Each chapter is a short anecdote, this would be perfect to read one chapter at a time over morning coffee.

This was a compelling read, but it ended very abruptly, and it wasn't a satisfying ending in my opinion.

I didn't enjoy this book. The pacing was odd and there was a lot of flashbacks to the main character's trauma surrounding fatphobia and ED. I felt that the relationships were rushed as well, the main character immediately trusted the romantic interest despite having very little reason to do so.

Very similar to "It's A Wonderful Life." Regrets were a major focus of the story and I can't say that resonated with me much, but it was a well written book.
