I’ll be honest, im not the biggest fan of Dean- he sometimes comes across quite pervy and overly sexual which i get is to get across that he’s a player, but once they are dating i’d hoped he’d turn it down a notch but instead he remains pervy throughout. I like Allie, I wish we got to see more about her degree like we did Hannah and Gracie but she was a lovable character and a bit more outgoing than the other two which made for a fun read. Overall a fun, quick read.

I really really enjoyed this book. As an English Lit student studying Shakespeare I adored everything about this book.
Obviously such pretentious characters but it really worked in the setting, especially when everything started breaking down after the Richard incident. Oliver was the perfect person to view this story from and i loved seeing all the dynamics of their group through his lens. I loved how the role the group played on stage mirrored their role off stage and how their final year flipped that on its head in some ways and in other ways it persisted.
Flicking between present day and the groups third and fourth years at the school worked so well and I loved Colborne and Oliver’s relationship. Such a great story, only knocked off 0.5 for the ending, it was SO strong up until the end, was always gonna be hard to wrap it up.

It didn’t mind this play, however, I feel like I will always compare Shakespeare comedies to my favourite, Much Ado, which I adore so much, I never find any others as funny. Nonetheless, this did surprise me and i enjoyed it more than i thought I would. Definitely one Id like to see a live performance of.

I cannot wait to read the rest of the books in this series. Garrett was so sweet and caring, I loved seeing him go from a player to a wholesome boyfriend. I loved the banter between Hannah and Garrett, their chemistry was great. The plot sometimes edged on unbelievable but overall a really great romance with some unexpectedly deep moments.

A lovely, quick, fluffy romance. I didn’t enjoy this quite as much as ‘The Love Hypothesis’ as I didn’t have as close a connection to Levi and Bee and I did to Olive and Adam. I liked Levi but his pining for Bee boarded on a little creepy and Bee was a tad to quirky for me. I loved the banter between the two of them though, the cats were definitely a highlight. Overall a fun read but not anything groundbreaking.

This universe has the most toxic couples and i’m all here for it. I prefer Daisy and Christian to Magnolia and BJ, mostly because the added dynamic of her mafia family created troubles and arguments that made far more sense and I just generally empathised with the two of them more than I did M and BJ because of it. Julian is a great character and I loved seeing from his POV, it added more to the book than just the will they, won’t they romance. I cant wait to read their next book however i will need to read a few healthy romances before i can carry on with this series.
Side-note: i REALLY disliked the use of footnotes in this book, my dyslexic couldn’t not handles having to keep looking up and down, i kept loosing my place and it generally took more for my experience than it gave.

It took me a little while to get into this but after the first 100 pages i was hooked. I loved the small town setting so much, the characters were so endearing. I loved the romance a lot for its sweeter and humorous moments however some of the spicy scenes weren't really my vibe- a tad awkward and cringe at times. I loved seeing them acting like a couple, their natural banter was great. Overall i did really enjoy this book, a classic feel good romance.

Magnolia and Bj are toxic af and once you accept that and just run with it, this is a really fun read. I LOVED The group of friends in this book, defo gave gossip girl vibes in that way. Their friendship group is ridiculous in the best way, there is so much drama and I was totally on board with all of it. I cant wait to see where this series goes, I want to know so much more about all the other people mentioned.

I honestly feel indifferent about this book. The spice was great but even in these chapters i found myself being pulled on of them by my main grievance with this book- I didn’t particularly warm to Francesca and I down right disliked Michael. He’s an ass but not like a charming ass with redeeming qualities, the only thing we know about him is he is horny af 24/7. I honestly don’t think her ex husband would approve of their union- frankly it was completely immoral.
