Plot became weak and no longer interesting. Resembles the Mughal empire. Might finish at a later date.

Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity by Peter Attia
This book emodies the saying "Prevention over Cure"
Peter Attia is a brilliant storyteller. His analogies made the book easy to read for people without a background in medicine. His casual prose kept me engaged from start to finish.
Don't mistake this book for a personal rant. His background in medicine and mathematics eqautes to him crunching numbers and data throughout the book, clearly seperating facts from personal opinions.
Throughout the book (and especially in the last chapter), he is quite vulnerable and shows us his bad days. This makes the whole experience all the more relatable.
He has changed my outlook on modern medicine, lifespan & healthspan and has given me the tools I need to live a long and fulfilling life.
The only critique I have is that the book is quite a heavy read, with a lot more pages than necessary. The actionable insights could be covered in <50 pages, the rest of the pages giving a very deep scientific understanding.
