very inspiring and gave a lot of interesting fun facts, anecdotes, information and some tangible advise. would not have minded if it gave more examples on how to implement it specifically (even though it already gave a lot), bring in more nuance in terms of people's life and contexts and capacities, and lastly it was a bit repetitive at times. but don't get me wrong, I loved it and it was easy to fly through in just under 2 weeks.
