At first, I imagine myself not reviewing this book yet it turns out beautifully.
It's challenging to understand what the sentences try to present. I need to be in the mood to be able to understand them. But then, I get used to the writing style.
Pride & Prejudice is about the life of the Bennet family whose mother characteristics that desperately wants her daughter to get married while the father more to relax and put no pressure.
I had to google and read the explanation of certain events that happen in the book for my own confirmation and understanding. I did some background research on some characters and even watch the movie before reading this classic book.
It is my nature to watch the movie first before reading the book. For me, the movie focus on the storyline, and the book focuses on the characters. Because typically, books have more detail. By drowning in the movie, the book, and the explanation observed by people, I get to know more about WHY people love Mr. Darcy and this is called a romantic genre. I get it, bro, I get it.
Mr. Darcy claims what heβd done wrong and fixes it in his way. He is not perfect yet he tries his best to be better for himself and for Elizabeth. His effort is just everything!
Iβm aware of most of the issues there are still issues nowadays. And I decided to rewatch the movie for the second time while Iβm still trying to finish the book. How wonderful.

Bakthiar, dia sempoi, kuat gurau, caring & aku ship dia dengan Ara! Arjuna, mulut dia manis. Mamat romantik yang penuh pickup line dan bagi aku perwatakan dia realistik sikit. Kaisara atau Ara, minah yang alergi mamat romantik namun aku mahu lebih ke-alergi-kannya. Banyak karakter dalam ni yang mereka ada kisah tersendiri yang boleh dijadikan pengajaran.
Overall, it is a fun and light reading!

Issues about wives being left by the husband and pregnant, abusive husbands. They had all been either missing or found dead. The author writes about those issues traumatically. At first, I just don't understand why the woman who gets killed beside the man who caused those women to suffer and the relationship of the minefield workers get killed. It is quite confusing about the plot but the characters play just fine.
The plot is slow and doesnβt give often clues about the white crocodile whether it is a myth come true or the person who is the killer behind the myth. I could level the mystery and the tension is half of the level/bar.
The situation in Cambodia is presented as raw and thriller. Contain 18+ things and F word. The author knows how to put the tension and serve a chill sensation. I adore it yet, another part is quite draggy.

Puisi di mulai dengan mukadimah penulis yang kehilangan permata pinjaman (isteri) dan rasa kerinduan. Aku amat tersentuh dengan bait puisi yang seolah-olah memanggil pemergian pematanya. Puisi-puisi dalam Bersendiri Ke Pantai menyentuh perasaan yang terkubur dalam lubuk hati seorang yang dikata tiada perasaan.
Coretan puisi lebih kearah diari duka, perasaan kehilangan, patah hati dan keseorangan. Puisi yang mengingatkan mencari erti hidup kerana Tuhan dan kebahagian bersama orang tersayang termasuk diri sendiri yang lara. Ia mengajar erti kehilangan dan kerinduan yang mendalam. Aku perasan penulis rasa sangat rapat dengan kehadiran suasana hujan, pantai, langit, di pusara dan aku perhati tarikh-tarikh di hujung setiap puisi biasanya pada bulan disember.
Dalam Bersendiri Ke Pantai, aku disajikan dengan selitan gambar yang mengamit kenangan. Walaupun hanya gambar biasa namun, aku percaya gambar-gambar tersebut ada intipatinya, ada suara halus yang mampu berbicara. Macam 2in1, aku dapat membaca puisi sambil mengamati keindahan potongan gambar tersebut. Cool!

I followed the journey of the author in writing this book through social media. And I decided to imagine her as the main character since, through my bare eyes, she puts herself, her emotions, and her experience into Not Here To Stay.
In the middle of the night, I finished Not Here To Stay and decided to stay a little longer, staring and grieving for this book. It feels unfair if I have not given them time to digest the story and let the whole plot consume me.
Before starting Not Here To Stay better keep in mind that this is metaphorical writing and be aware of your own feelings which could explode and cry at some times. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL STORY OF SORROWFUL GRIEF. The way the author describes the fantasy world, has a very cottage-vibe aesthetic. Her sentences are full of poetic style and Amani's character- oh girl, donβt let me start crying.
This is not like other kinds of fantasy books. Yet, Fantasy world, check. Magic, check but they call it Knack. Adventure, check. Dagger, check. The broken main character, check. βπ° ππππ ππππππ πππ π«ππππ πΎππππππππ.β
You ask me, whatβs the difference? My answer; The struggle of young Amani drove her fantasy world to be different. She committed sin and makes mistakes just like other human beings. You could feel related to Amani by means, you could run and give her a shoulder or hug.
Now, Malikβs turn. If I ever meet with him, believe me, I will smash his stomach with my fists and kick his ass. Red flag. Thatβs all.
Amaniβs father :`). Heβs a sweet father and supportive! Besides, Amaniβs character, Abah makes me tear up as well. βπ©ππππππ, ππ ππππππ πππππππππππβ¦β
Iβm gladly starting this book blindly without knowing much about it. The plot twists got me speechless and afraid to know the truth and yeah.. a tiptop storyline even though it was quite confusing at first.

Words you'd whisper contain two separate sections: night and day. I know the gist of what the night and day sections mean from a letter the author included with the book. I loved the letter so much! ππ€ Oh, the packaging! πππ I've been wanting this book for so long and it's totally worth it!

If you would like to read about yourself dying, hopeless, becoming heartless and facing the difficulties of being an adult, this is it. You will feel SO RELATABLE.

Penceritaan dia banyak gila drama! Dengan si Aisy ni yang tak reti duduk diamπ Qartal yang macam nak tak nak. Jenuh aku hadap pencintaan mereka niπ«
