This is such a well paced dual time line novel. Ben is so lovable and makes mistakes which makes him so much more realistic. Jenny is that friend that everyone needs, someone who will put everyone else’s needs before their own. Ben teaches her she needs to put herself first finally.

This is probably one of my favorite “workplace” romances I have ever read. The author is a teacher and everything is so realistic. And the found family aspect of this novel is beautiful to read.
