I liked this so much more than her others. This is the first one that seems different than the others? Real review to come.

Idk this read too much like the first one. I wasn't as invested in this book because it seemed like I had read it in Every Summer After. The ending was different, but the beginning was basically the same. They were at a resort something happened but it's not really explained but you can tell they love each other. Let me know if that doesn't make sense lol Real review to come at my blog later!

Me: Yeah I'm not a huge fan of fantasy romance.

Also me: *Finishes this in 2 days and then adds literally everything Lemming has ever written to my TBR*

What have I been doing? Are they all like this?

I spent the last 30% of this in tears. I think I pre-ordered it when I got to about 65%. I haven't I stayed up past 3 AM to finish it. Just..... Just make sure you get this as soon as you're able. More coherent review to come on my blog.

I do wish there was more going on than just the piano competition.... As someone who's not huge in classical music (I played flute in school and once I was done, I was DONE) it just wasn't super exciting to me. But everything else, Miles finding himself and coming to terms that he can't "fix" people and seeing himself finally, that was all done amazing. Definitely showed the power of own voice narratives.

This was the most wtf_ckery I've read in a long time. I think the last time I said wtf this much was when I read You and The Chain. Real rating 4.5
