This started off strong & creepy, and then when the threads started to show themselves, I was underwhelmed. It had the feeling of having been EXTRA long, and then trimmed to what it is now, while it could have lost another 25% at least.

This is some kind of dark hilarity and tragedy for new moms, old moms, even non-moms. Heavy-handed at a few points and could have been shorter because of it, but still a worthy read for those of us with an animal deep in our core.
