It’s fine. Cute, quick read. It’s Aspen Grove adjacent and I would have much preferred Harrison and Fallon’s story first. This could have been a novella but it was cute & I did enjoy it.

If you’re looking for pure smut with little to not plot, enjoy! The main characters are funny as hell and there’s so much banter and hilarious moments. The spicy scenes are spicy so be sure to check the trigger warnings. True a crime fans will loves this.

No third act break up, no miscommunication trope, no men self sabotaging… this is what the people want. Liam Sullivan is top tier Book Boyfriends. Piper is a femininominon we all love to root for! It is so fun to catch glimpses of the other Chelsea Curto characters in this series. Maven and Dalles from the Off Camera series make an appearance and Emmy and Maverick from Face Off are here too. If you haven’t started the DC Series yet and you’re a fan of The Deal, Icebreaker and sports romance you are going to love this one!

A slow burn / supernatural romance is not typically my jam but I loved the debut by this author and the second one was just as fun. Fans of Gilmore Girls, One Tree Hill, and the CW will love this novel.
