For such a short story, it was a really interesting ride. I’m enjoying this short story series from different authors so far!

The pace was a bit slow to start. As it hits the halfway point, it picks up drastically. I loved following Miles on this roller coaster ride of a book. His journey of self discovery with being trans and autistic was inspiring and highly relatable. I rode an emotional roller coaster with him throughout the book.

This story is heart wrenching in all the best ways. I find Farah incredibly relatable and their storytelling is wonderfully poetic. I was drawn into their life completely. I rooted for them standing up for themselves and cried with them through the sad moments. My heart goes out to them. I can’t wait to read more amazing works from this author.
