I flew through this book and I’m left with so many questions. This story is gonna stay with me for awhile. Now on to watch the Hulu adaptation 🏃🏽‍♀️

It kept me engaged and the whole time I was sure it was one person than another. Loved all the twists and turns as well as the timeline going back and forth from present to past.

A solid 2.75 or a low 3.0

This was a suspenseful story due to going back & forth from present to future with an unreliable narrator. Yet, it takes awhile for the “game” to begin and the ending was not doing it for me.

The last of the series focusing on Nova. I did find this one to be unnecessarily long, but I guess the writing was trying to cover plot holes. It just ended up being more side quests than I preferred. That epilogue was a shocker and did not catch any of those clues scattered throughout the series.

I’m not crying, my contacts are just dry and my tear ducts need to work overtime. These characters were quirky and flawed in an enjoyable way. Comedic but reflective of all the complexities that make us connect to other people.

The sequel was fun and enjoyable. I mean it’s a bunch of superheroes with all the tropes that I would fall for as a kid. So kinda nostalgic if you are a 90s kid.

This reminded me of Saturday morning cartoons with all the superpowers and quirky superpowers. I would say as an audiobook it falls under the category of “working while still understanding what is happening”.

This is by far my favorite sister out of the series. Idk how much that says about me…
Great and fun writing! Be warned that this is the last in the series so be prepared for the tortuous goodbye to these sisters.

Chapter 12 is NSFW and that’s all I’m gonna say on that.

I loved the story and the playful, witty banter between the two characters. While the characters are flawed they are still loveable and enjoyable to read about. I just feel dumb for taking so long to read this.
