If this very political, cultural and thought provoking book isn't already on your TBR I only have one question for you. Why Not?

It's a fantasy with written by an African author with all African characters, a non binary character and possibly an Ace MC but I will leave that up to those who know best.  It's a trilogy and book two is out in November.

While I agree with the author on his views I felt they were too interlinked with the original point of the book. I was listening to the audio book so I often had trouble telling the difference between fact and the authors option on the subject.

So rather than learning more on the issues arising around the use of the Shadow Docket I felt I got just a one sided option.
