oh i adored this series, it was so beautifully written and you fall in love with the characters. i love deka and her character arc through out the series. i also <3 deka and keita so much. britta and deka also have such a special friendship. love love love

this book was pure poetry. beautifully written, how do people even come up with stories like these. the yearning was amazing through years and decades of letters grown through trees, lava and in plants. amazing

okay honestly i got this book thinking it was something else, but i still read it and the first part really drew me in and i was very interested but at about page 200 this book felt very repetitive and slow. it was a struggle to finish. i loved the characters but the plot kinda fell off for me.
