I just loved this book it was such a cute read It is the third book in the series and I have enjoyed them all. This is Brock and Harleys/Doc's story he is a complete ass to her and it seems he goes out of his way to pee her off, he drives her crazy and she wants to beat him but she all thinks he's really hot but when he is horrible to her at his brother's mating ceremony she decides she is done with him his animal side does not like that at all. This was a good read and I enjoyed watching these two together.

Doc and Grumpy

So, I read all three books in this series over three days’ time. I was completely hooked and in love with the Bunson family and their new friends. I literally couldn’t put my Kindle down.

In this book we have Brock (Grumpy) and Harley (Doc). Brock is a glass half-empty type of guy while Doc is the total opposite. They annoy one another equally in the beginning. After a bit, they start warming up to each other’s personalities. They both learn some info about the other that changes their perspectives.

My favorite line from the book was said by Doc, “The past can hurt, but the way I see it you can either run from it or learn from it.”

Book one had Monty Python quotes. Book two had Harry Potter references. Now book three has Disney Princesses. I’m loving the classic nerd/geek references.

Doc’s Disney obsession was hilarious and her t-shirts adorable. It was also endearing how Brock even got into them. They each quoted Disney lines to one another.

So now we have a year to wait for book four which is about the youngest brother, Brice. I’m not one to wish that time would go faster, but I can make an exception in this case. 😊

I LOVE Golden Angel's books, and this is the perfect example of why. The story is a lot of fun, and even though this is book 3 in this series it can be read as a stand alone. The backstory is explained enough to keep new readers from feeling lost even though they won't have all the details. The backstory of this is one of the things I love the most about this book, and the series as a whole. It is complex and action-packed, without getting too dark or dangerous. The characters are another thing I love about this. Shifter-hybrids are my new favorite thing, and while I'm glad Golden has tapped into the idea, I wonder why other authors haven't. It is pure genius! The humor is another thing I love about this one. The story is full of "nerd references" like quotes from Disney and Monty Python. Those references are so much fun and add a level of depth to the characters that I find endearing. There is also a lot of passion and feels, and the perfect amount of sexy times. If you haven't picked up this series yet, then you are missing out on some of the most entertaining shifter romances out there. Do yourself a huge favor and one-click this and the rest of the series today!

Chasing His Puma by Golden Angel is a paranormal romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Adam Rawn.

This is the third book in the Big Bad Bunnies series. It can be read as a standalone but the stories are interconnected and I would recommend reading them in order for the full experience.

This is the third book of Golden's that I have read and it definitely won't be my last. I really enjoyed the relationship that bloomed between Brock and Doc. I had a smile on my face the whole time I was listening to this book.

I can't wait to dive into the next book in the series Chasing His Polar Bear so I can get Sheila and Eli's story.

Adam did a great job on the narration. He really brought the story to life. I can't wait to listen to more of his work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like paranormal romances.

This is the first book that I've read in this series & I absolutely loved it! So many shifter stories out there are serious & heavy but this one is full of fun & humour. I had no problem following the story even though there were obviously characters that featured in previous books. As for Brock & Doc - they were adorable! I could not enjoy this book anymore than I did & I would recommend it to anyone.

Chasing His Puma is such delightful fun: a shifter romance that focuses on its main characters charmingly. Brock and Doc (yes, insert the rhyming jokes here) have the classic opposites-attract dynamic between them. Seeing them move from an inability to communicate (or, at least, she does all the talking while he occasionally grunts) to two people who know and understand things about one another that no one else does makes for a great read.

The element of this series that makes it stand out is that Angel includes some amazing cultural references. Any fan of Monty Python will charmed in general by this series, and Chasing His Puma has a huge amount of Disney references and jokes. Angel inserts these seamlessly into the story, so much so that I found myself reading passages over again when I realized that they were chock-full of Disney dialogue.

But it’s the characters that sell this book, and Brock, in his gruffness and soulfulness, is a perfect compliment to the sunny, seemingly silly Doc who nonetheless has dark corners in her soul (evinced by her unwillingness to use her name even among her friends). The plot has its moments of suspense but doesn’t surrender the focus on these characters to that, and I really appreciated that.

Characters from other books in this series grace Chasing His Puma well, highlighting connections to previous books and teasing future ones without driving the emphasis away from Brock and Doc. The running thread of the peril of the Company continues to evolve through this book.

I think I’ve tried to use the word “delightful” about eight times in this review and revised to use other words. But it’s the one that keeps coming to mind as I think about this book. If you like fun, light, amusing shifter romance, you can’t do better than Chasing His Puma.

I throughly enjoyed this book. Althought I wish I started this series at book one, I was not lost in what has happened before this book.

What an amazing read with plenty of action inside and out of the bedroom.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Grumpy bear-bunny-turtle shifter Brock Bunson gets his own book in the series, when he's sent on a mission to help other shifters with Disney-loving Harley "Doc" Standish. It's a trap, which allows these two people with opposite personalities to get closer, even though she's not looking for a relationship, and he's known for playing the field.

I'm not going to go into the ridiculousness of the premise of this series, with the Bunsons as experimental subjects of a mad scientist that turned them into bear-sized bunny rabbits with bulletproof turtle shells. However, as a couple, Doc and Brock are adorable, with their matching names and adorkable awkwardness. Plus, there's a nice bit about prejudice against the "abnormal" shifters, and how most people come together to stop it. This is a fun book in a good series.
