Been waiting for ages for my library to get these audiobooks, yay they finally did.
I have listened to one other series of Tate, loved the narrators of this book, duet style.
Nice pacing, plot was exciting and I liked the characters, however it is university students so it kinda has a child like feeling to me, but there is lots of spice.
Picking people will class this book on the darker side and I guess it might be to some.
I have listened to way darker so I would class it semi dark?
Book ended on a cliffhanger and the next book picked straight up from there, glad I am binge listening.

Why do I feel like I’m the ONLY one that didn’t love this book??? I couldn’t connect with any of the characters and MK just felt so juvenile when she’s supposed to be this bad ass? I really couldn’t get a read on her.

I’m sure readers who love RH, look for the bonding, relationships, and most importantly the SPICE! It was all not there. The spice was lacking!!! Ugh…

This book was a little over hyped in my opinion.
Not sure if I’ll continue on with the series. If you’ve read it does it get better? Is it worth continuing?

The FMC was 18, that's a no from me.
What I read was well written and it was an interesting premise, but I don't do teenage MCs in a spicy plot.

These cliffhangers are gonna be the death of me! From the first chapter I was so into this book. Madison Kate used to be a spoiled princess, but she gets framed for a crime she did not commit, her whole life changes. Her father ships her of to her aunt to “deal” with her. But when she comes back home, everything has changed. Her father has a new girlfriend. Who has a son.Who is one of the boys who tried to frame her for riot night. And the two others, they also live in her house. Full of hate, she start to take revenge. But are these boys really the ones to blame? Spending more time with Steele and Kody she slowly starts to see things differently. But Archer is harder to forgive. Then when you throw a stalker in the mix things get crazy. Being in a house alone with 3 boys who look like sex on legs, thing are bound to get heated. When secrets start to get revealed things are not what they look like anymore. Who really killed her mother? Why does her father hate her so much? Why was she framed for riot night? But mostly, why the FUCK did Archer stab her?!!!

I love how Madison kate doesn't let the guys push her around. She stands up for herself and pushes back. The pranks are awesome!!! She is a lot smarter and stronger than people give her credit for.
