I am going to start off saying that I read the first and second book in one day. As soon as I finished Sweet Obsession I downloaded Sweet Retribution. I have never been so hooked on a book series before, legit read the whole series in one and a half days. This book goes more in-depth of Ayla, Marcus, Ryland and Theo relationship together. There was a lot more spicy scenes in this book than the first book. I didn’t expect some scenes lets just say that I was left shocked. I feel like their relationship was stronger this book especially dealing with the cliff-hanger at the end of the first book. Not going to spoil anything but I feel like Ayla connected with Ryland and Theo more at the start of the book. There were some characters that I didn’t like throughout the book but besides that the book was so amazing. I am giving this book 4 out of 5 stars.
