i picked this up while visiting a new to me library in stockholm - the synopsis on the back caught my eye! not going to rate this because, well, i think that's kinda weird. it's very insightful though.

This book made me question my privilege and also helped express my pain and anguish of being a black woman. It has inspired introspection that I hope every reader experienced and I would hope that all South Africans may experience at some point in their life.
I didn't really enjoy the comic relief section; but it was a short one and didn't detract from all of the other important essays. A must read for all South Africans.
