Beautifully written, adventurous and reflective. 
Made me think about love, power, and the true purpose of curiosity. 

It is remarkable how different perspectives on life and culture are portrayed by introducing F., N. and B.'s personalities and how this whole concept is discussed on a meta-level by them establishing a theory of culture and personality.
I am also still devastated about the ending.

The story itself is very compelling! But it focuses white anthropologists studying various cultures. It's aware of this, so it handles it well enough. But it made me realize that I may just want a story on those cultures specifically, from those cultures perspective.
