Just an all encompassing great book! This author is constantly keeping readers hooked with all the mystery and suspense as Jane and Eric are trying their hardest to continue their journey. They are increasingly perfect for each other and once they realize that they will be able to face whatever is coming for them in the next book. I love the way this author incorporates locations into her stories. I feel like I'm right there with the characters and its truly masterful storytelling. Can't wait until the conclusion, so many questions still remain! I can't say enough good things about this book, it needs to be on everyone's shelves!

Words can not describe how much I flipping.loved this book. How much I have fallen in love with Jane and Eric. I read this book so.slow because my heart could not take all the emotions and roller coaster of everything plus the fact that the next book doesn't come out UNTIL SEPTEMBER!
This story just had so much heart and sass, it will make.you scream and cry and fall in love.
Jane is just amazing and the way she helps Eric.with his PTSD I'm her own little way is on point for her.
Just can't say this enough read the books!

Is it September yet? Lol

The Hate Vow left me speechless and wanting so much more from this couple. The kiss plot was a perfect book for their love story, full with angst, amazing chemistry between them and so many twists and turns that I just couldn’t believe my eyes when reading it. I’m so happy that finally Eric realises that together they can be more strong and find that only Jane can fulfill the empty space in his life and heart. I can’t wait to read the next book and see what their adventures take us.

Holy suspense!!!! This book had me on the edge of my seat the entire read! I absolutely loved the fact that Eric and Jane finally figured out their true feelings and started down the path to a real relationship vs their arranged marriage. But, even a connection as strong and unbreakable as theirs couldn't withstand the plans their nemesis had for them.

Can I just say that the intimate scenes in this book were SO HOT!!!! The push and pull between these two characters when they were most vulnerable was not only sexy but also beautiful. The bond they shared was so powerful. I wanted nothing more than for these two to find a way to be together and make things work for real.

Eric and Jane loved to hate each other. At times, their mud slinging and arguments became a little juvenile and repetitive but they always found their way back to each other. The only component of this book I just couldn't stand was Jane's insulting nick names for Eric. They were so cruel and degrading. It was funny at first and a shared joke between the H/h, but over the course of the two books, it really grated on my nerves.

I cannot wait to see what happens in the next book because so much is still uncertain!

Book 2 is where things take a turn for the dramatic. If book 1 was the classic fall in love story, this one was where we see what happens after the HEA. You know, if you’re both connected to a madman. Actually, it’s the fact that Jane doesn’t take things seriously that drives me crazy. Instead of being concerned about Eric or even Carson, she just does whatever she wants without thinking. It’s so obvious why Eric is so hot and cold, even if Jane doesn’t know all the details. Yet she still has no empathy. I wanted to shake some sense into her. These two prove that the line between love and hate is thin, because most of the time I couldn’t tell which side they landed on. With one more book to go, I’m curious to see what further drama ensues.

Well damn, I think Nicole French has just been bumped to one of my top reads of the year.

This author is fairly knew to me, having only read The Hate Vow, and being left on that freaking cliffhanger! I was eager as hell to get this! I have a love and hate relationship with cliffys!

I hate to love them, and love to hate them. If me a decent cligghanger and I will love and hate you all in one and Ms French did just that, and she kept me on my toes as I started reading The Kiss Plot.

I'm so smitten with Jane and Eric and their relationship. Their highs, their lows, and their in between.. We get more of the story between Jane and Eric in this book and what started out as a way for Eric to get his money from his family that he is suppose to inherit and Jane having a secure place to stay, quickly turns into so much more. The love and chemistry between these two was intense and could be cut with a knife. They really are two totally different people yet their banter and the way they bounce off each other is incredible. In parts I was laughing and in other parts I was ready to cry and scream and throw my kindle at the wall.

And again, that freaking ending... What are you trying to do to me, Ms. French? Gah!

All in all, this book was just as good as the first one, and that something that isn't always the case with some authors. It is truly captivating, addictive, intense and hot as hell!

A MUST READ and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

OH my stars this book! It was absolutely everything and more. The push and pull and all the secrets that come unraveling as insane. The chemistry between Eric and Jane. The craziness of how the first book ended leading into this one blew my mind! I was sooooo MAD at Eric in this one for a bit then I came to realize and understand why he did what he did to protect Jane. His love never faltered but his need to protect and shelter her from what is being thrown at them was just heartbreaking. I still adore Jane and her character and how much sass that girl has! She is a spitfire and no matter what happens, she will not back down.
All I can say is, by the end of this second book, I NEED BOOK THREE!!! GIMMIE ANSWERS! I absolutely could not put it down and devoured every word. This dark and twisted world that French came up with is so mind blowing and one of a kind. The concept keeps you on your toes with all the little moments. This is a brilliant series and it is ramping up for an epic finale and I am dying to know how it all plays out! Especially with how this one ended!

Simply amazing, as to be expected with any French novel. I am amped up on Jane and Eric's badassery and can't wait for the conclusion to this trilogy, which is sure to be epic! Love these two. Their chemistry is off the charts.

This book, much like installment one, was SUCH a rollercoaster. Eric and Jane love each other like no one’s business, and it seems like that’s exactly the problem. Their love is EVERYONE’S business. When Eric’s past comes back to haunt him and do everything in their powers to rip his marriage apart, the newlywed De Vries are forced to make a decision that could change everything they’ve built together; cut and run, or put an end to the insanity and start fighting back as a team.
The emotions are fully charged in part two of this trilogy. Both Jane and Eric feel like their hearts and minds are at war throughout a good chunk of this book so you can’t help but keep turning the pages. In The Hate Vow, the pair had to face society of the New York elite, a world in which Eric was born, and Jane had to learn to navigate quickly. Now, the challenges they face are far more sinister and somehow even closer to home. When an estranged member of Jane’s family makes an unexpected return, all bets are off and the relationship they knew is officially in jeopardy.
I loved every crazy twist and turn of this story. Eric and Jane have a less than conventional love affair, but their chemistry is fantastic, and a bond you can’t help but envy. I both loved and hated every torturous moment of their tumultuous relationship and much like The Hate Vow, I was left wanting more. While not quite the cliffhanger as book one, The Kiss Plot did have me chomping at the bit to see how it will all end in book three. Jane and Eric are two strong characters determined to have their happily ever after, even if they have to find it in two different worlds.
If you’re looking for a book that is full of sexy chemistry and tons of drama and thrills, go meet Eric and Jane De Vries in the Quicksilver series!
