I read it in English.
According to my opinion it is a nice adding to the Heartstopper universe, when you know when This Winter takes place. It was nice to read what happens during the Christmas day that changed some things for the family Spring. It is nice to read the day through the eyes of the kids Spring.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this novella. It was gut wrenching and did showcase (quite well) how people respond to others with mental illness. Everyone's trying their best and for some of us Christmas isn't a super happy time. It was a good insight into several characters' POVs.
It was shorter than I thought, and felt slightly repetitive. I guess I finished it and was like 'oh, is that it?'. I know Oseman is a great writer, I adore Loveless, but this didn't quite hit the mark for me.
But if you adore Nick and Charlie, then I would recommend.
