Do you ever read a sequel and wish you’d just stuck with the first book

Richard and Katy are living their best lives, enjoying their two adorable daughters when the unthinkable happens and life changes on a dime. Richard doesn't cope well with the circumstances and we get to see them work through their relationship once again. A great story that anyone who's dealt with a major injury can relate to!!

Wow - I fell in love with Richard and Katy's story from the first book (Contract) and then again in the second book (Baby Clause) my admiration for the couple grew. Now we have the third book in the series and I just want to give them both a hug. Their marriage will be tested, their strength wil be tested and they will have to hit rock bottom before they can go back up again. Melanie Moreland has a way to bring the characters to life and the reader feels every heart break, every shattered hope and dream and every hopeful triumph. This story will rip your heart out and make you want to slap the characters but in the end the reader will be in a better place than when they started the book. If there was one series that should be a movie - it should be this one.

Nice wrap up to the first book. This was also an emotional rollercoaster but it made sense due to the events of the book.

Dick is back!

Ooh how I missed Dick! As much as I adore him when he's sweet and loving - there's just something about Richard's 'tude. This story was absolute perfection.

This was not at all what I was expecting for a story. But it actually was really well written. The thing I liked about this story was it is mostly written from the male POV. It was a different feel. I think I kinda liked this story better than the first. Yes, it does jump around a bit, but it was not what I was expecting and had me on the edge of my seat.

Bonus points: the tears were streaming down my face towards the end. Giving this an extra star!

Amazing end to an amazing series

Ah! What else can I say about this book.. This one was a real tear jerker and it went over some really hard subjects. But oh man, was this one worth it! I didn't even realize Richard & Katy were getting a 3rd book. Such a fitting end for them and I am so happy to have gotten another snippet into their lives.
Buy this book if you've read the other two! You won't regret it.

Tava indo tudo muito bem... Aí virou novela do SBT.
