This made me think. Specifically re-think which is all that I can ask for from an Adam Grant book.

Interesting educational and organizational psychology read. I wanted more action steps than just a bulleted list at the end, but still gave me a few things to think about.

This is probably my book of 2021 - Think again is a worthy successor and/or more accessible vein of Thinking Fast/Slow.
Its hard to explain exactly the nature of this thoughtful book - its essentially about useful and robust thought processes, its not about being "smart" per se, knowing tonnes of information or having a high IQ, its about considering topics and coming to decisions.
Its divided into 3 sections, working on yourself, others, and then more systemically. The style is non-judgemental and sensible - some of the info graphics are the best.

Very interesting book and topic. For those looking to understand human psychology and how to re-think, open your mind to different thought processes, this is an interesting one.
