✍️My Review: This book is literal crack, Emily has totally outdone herself. I actually avoided this book for so long being a non sports romance fan, but I still what the f*ck do I know, because this whole book was AMAZING. I could not fault a single damn thing. Rachel is the funniest FMC I have ever read to date, Jake is so dumb but he’s dumb in the most adorable way, Caleb is my moody reclusive angel and Ilamari is our adorable big bear. I love all four of these characters equally. They all mesh so well together and watching them come together to these amazing relationships was just beautiful. The love and respect they show to each other had my heart melting. I haven’t laughed and cries so hard in my life. Also the smut in this you guys, OH MY GOD, talk about waterfalls for both the characters and me. God damn. Some of the hottest MM scenes I have read to date.

I like the premise of the storyline. I liked almost the whole book but my goodness did this author want this to be
the alternative to Bella having to choose between Edward & Jacob in Twilight.
Between the use of direct movie lines, “you’re like magnets, he moves, you move,” to just out right mentioning Twilight and Edward/vampires.
It was a good book without that and every time there was another mention of it I rolled my eyes…and I am a person who regularly re-reads Twilight!

Personally for me, it was too much. Maybe other people will like it but it really detracted from the story for me.
