I didn't feel invested in either MC in this book. I wasn't enjoying the story either, so this is a DNF for me.

Fun ride, though I think towards the end the book dragged a bit and could have been about 3-5 chapters shorter.

This book GUTTED me! Marriage of convenience is one of my all time favorite tropes and this one was just so damn good. The two main characters were both suffering in their own ways and the way they managed to bring each other into a better life was beautiful. I still think Lucy needed to be tossed into The Serpentine, but sisters are like that. I can't wait to read more from Vincy.
