What I Liked: I thought this was quite cute and well-written. I’ve had a hard time getting into some of Katee Robert’s books in the past but I found this one really easy to read and I liked both main characters, Ryan and Bri. The chemistry between them was really strong and filled with sexual tension. I really enjoyed their enemies-to-lovers dynamic and how their story worked out. The ending was super cute, too.
What I Didn’t: There wasn’t really anything I hated. Bri was a bit frustrating at times, but I got it and it didn’t annoy me too much.
Overall: It was cute and sexy. I read it in one sitting and had a good time doing so.
Would I Recommend It?: Yes, if you want a small town, enemies-to-lovers romance that’s cute and steamy.
Would I Read Something By The Author Again?: Yes.
Content Warnings:
SpoilerSudden parental death, alcoholism, childhood neglect.

Another Katee Robert classic that just cannot be put down.

I found the dialogue between Bri and Ryan to be down-right funny at times, and at others I wanted to strangle them both for being so bloody stupid.

Both are stubborn and rib each other the wrong way at first, then the chemistry kicks in and it has one hell of a punch.

Drew and Avery really need to have someone get their own back on the meddling pair, but it was a worthy cause.

I am totally looking forward to the rest of the series, I just wish the ending hadn't felt quite so rushed.

In Bed with Mr. Wrong is the first book in the Out of Uniform series from bestselling author Katee Robert and one that I enjoyed immensely, thanks in great part to the banter that the two lead characters, Ryan Flannery and Bri Nave, were constantly engaged in as well. The story was witty and had me laughing out loud a couple of times, but there are those moments where you feel your heart squeezing in empathy when things become iffy. Ryan and Bri were definitely the stars of this book, but Drew Flannery and Avery Yeung and their matchmaking ways were attention-grabbers. Add to that the meddlesome but well-meaning townsfolk of Wellingford and you've got yourself a small town romance that packs a big punch. This was the ideal series starter and one that promises bigger and better things in the future. Five stars! ♥

I had very high hopes for this book because I have been obsessed with everything Katee Roberts I have read from her so far. But this book was just good for me. It’s a great story and I thought the characters were okay. I just didn’t get into it as much as I thought I would.

I did not really enjoy this.
The heroine was unlikeable and insufferable.
The story was cliché and not in a nostalgic manner.

Cawpile: 4* 7.64

This was a strange one to review. The blurb sounded interesting but a bit weird, the concept was strange, the characters themselves were really kind of annoying, but the dialogue and the smut was rather good hence the 4* that Cawpile chucked out at it I guess. I was expecting it to come out at a 3.5 but it was safely over the 4* threshold.
