This book appealed to me on the title alone and I had to read it.
Quickly paced and full of depth.
Pick up this short thriller now and you want be disappointed.

Kind of strange and very short, but I liked the whole story as a whole circle kind of thing.

I grabbed this audiobook from the library to have something engaging and slightly trashy to listen to while on the treadmill and I fuckin played myself bc I kept listening until it was done. I should have known better, bc that's how it always is with Marcy Dermansky. Off to find something else to fill the new void now.

This was batshit, compulsively readable, and oddly falls into the good-for-her hot girl book category? All I know is that I couldn't put this down. It was insane how insightful this is on the traumatic experience of having a TBI (I would know) while equally being laugh-out-loud funny.

Made me want to pick up more of Dermansky's work, which is always the mark of me truly enjoying a reading process.

Did not find it as funny as advertised - interesting concept but I’m not in a place where I want to listen to the inner monologue of a victim with brain injuries. Might pick it up again at a different date.
