Overall, quite enjoyed this book and did not predict the ending. That being said there are some loose ends that do not make sense.

I thought I knew what was going to happen, but it turns out I was wrong! Daisy Darker had a twist I didn't see coming!

Wasn't the greatest experience bc I guessed the main twists wayyyy earlier in the story and was quite frankly astonished as to how obvious the twists were for a murder mystery. This was just a one star but the hopeful ending reeled me in

Ohhh, I figured this out so early and absolutely did not mean to. I was kicking myself about it, too, like, well now it's not going to be any fun, why'd you do that? And once you do, there's absolutely no chance of talking yourself out of it because it's confirmed on every page (even though I did try) BUT. Even knowing the twist (and guessing at 1/2 of who was responsible, that final reveal was still super satisfying), it was still just as fun. The location was so great - I loved Seaglass - and watching people who suck get their just desserts was hella engaging. I really enjoyed this one and I was so glad that even though you can work out a lot of it beforehand, you're still just as down for the ride.

My favorite thriller of the year so far! Cunty and fun, not too many characters, lots of twists and antics while somehow still feeling grounded to me.  Fast paced and plot packed.  I agree with the other reviews saying it’s giving Clue vibes

Very entertaining mystery (with a pinch of the supernatural)! A fun read and nod to Agatha Christie’s classic “And Then There Were None”. Daisy tells the story of her (pretty horrible) family gathering at their Grandmother’s isolated island mansion for her 80th birthday… then family members begin to turn up dead. The family must do their best to survive the night, until the tide goes out…

After getting to the big reveal at the end, I had to reread some of the beginning to get the whole effect.  Marvelously clever.
