Loved this Installment

Okay I'm ready for the next book....

I truly enjoyed returning to Morgan's world as she becomes connected to more of her team. I'm curious about the new characters and can't wait to see what happens next.

By all the gods and demons, this book had a lot going on in its few pages. Too much, actually. I felt like there was no down time, no trough after the peak of the story. Just bam bam bam. I think it could have been good to be a little longer, and the plot taken a little slower.

Also the men in this reverse harem are starting to grate on my nerves. They're overbearing. All of them. This is the kind of relationship where the woman can't even go to buy a latte without a contingent of guards. It's exhausting to read.

Despite this, I'm devouring these books. I'm already itching for the next one. If I figure out why, I'll let you know.

So glad I stumbled upon this series.

The characters are relatable, the bond and connections with each member of the harem build up in a way that is believable, and the heroin of the series is amazingly strong and smart and doesn’t need to be rescued....what more do you need? I love it.

Oh my word, you guys.

YOU GUYS.

I don't know if my heart can handle this. This book was perfection, okay? I loved how things progressed with Morgan and her guys. So much stuff happened, and so many things have been revealed, I just don't know how to deal. I loved how much Morgan grew in this story. She was finally able to stand up for herself with th guys and tell them to back the heck off and not suffocate her.
I also really loved getting to see how the guys reacted to her, and how they changed because of her. There were some character additions that took me by surprise, and I'm still trying to figure out how it's going to fit in with the rest of the story. And LOKI! Oh my lanta, he's the most adorable thing ever, I just love him so much. AND THEN WHAT ABOUT THE LITTLE TRUTH BOMB THAT WAS DROPPED ON US ABOUT *SPOILER REMOVED* I just. Can't.

This book was perfect, and my heart can't wait for book 3 to come out to see what happens next.
