I am a massive sucker for a shojo manga, and this one certainly hit the spot. Sweet slow-burn with a suspicious MMC suits me just right. Can't wait to get the next installment.

Another super cute beginning. Very sweet, and the sincerity of the MC's is cute. Plus the "twist" where
Hotaru's birthday is on christmas eve
took me by surprise and I loved all the thought that Saki put into their time together.

This has my interest so far. A rare look of a male pick-me or diet-yandere for the anime girlies.

I really like how cute and earnest Hotaru is. Hanoi has obvious issues, so we will see how that unfolds.

Thank you Netgalley for the eARC! This was a cute manga, and I loved the main couple. Hananoi-kun was such a thoughtful and adorable boyfriend. He never pressured Hotaru and always remembered the things she likes. Plus, even though he goes overboard in his declarations of love, he’s always happy with her small and simple caring gestures. I’d definitely continue with the manga to see how their relationship progresses. I felt like the side characters didn’t really have too big of a part to play in the story, but I’m sure we’ll see more of them in future volumes.
