I first read this book in 2014 and gave it 5 stars back then but after re-reading it today I'm taking away 1 star, I still enjoyed it but now, 6 years later, I find myself not finding the plot as great and the characters as well written as my 14-year-old self did.
I'm probably not really the target audience anymore with 20, especially after already reading the whole series before.

Read this along side my students, and we loved it! It was action packed, and so fun to read and make predictions. The epilogue will leave your jaw dropped. Once you find out what the maze truly is, you’ll never trust anyone else in this book series.

This was a nice light read in between. Didn't really pick up before the second half but that finale was intense!

It’s dark, but if you like dystopian books then this is the one for you! I really enjoyed it.
