I fell in love with the Wild Minds group back during the earlier books in this series. The story of Jasper and his twin brother Gus loving the same woman – Viola – was an emotional roller coaster of a ride. Especially when all of the background of why Gus did the things he did was finally put out there.

But now we get into his own story and after the end of the other books, he’s trying to get over that love for Viola and maybe find peace with himself or at least move on from the things he’s done to hurt people. A song comes to him and as he’s writing it, his band and their manager realizes he needs to write this with a woman and they have the right one in mind.

Naomi has had a difficult life with a lot of pain and terrible relationships. While she’s trying to live out her life in the peace and quiet, she is destined for far more in her music career. This duet with Gus would be the game changer and opportunity that she needs to help her move forward in her life.

But their attraction is fast and hard, like everything Saman writes and it was a really fun ride to watch how much of a struggle this was for Gus. He has always been the laid back goofy one of the band that just never got attached or showed emotions with anyone. But now he’s the one in knots and the struggle he is experiencing is not only endearing, but it’s a huge development in his character.

This same kind of growth happens for Naomi too. She has spent her entire life being told what to do and how to do it. But now she is growing into her own person and when her past heartbreak, Florian, shows back up to manipulate her for his own gains, it’s a true test of both Naomi and Gus and how they want all this to work out. Will they fight for what they both want or will they both succumb to the character flaws they have been dealing with.

No relationship is ever easy and it’s even more difficult when you have to navigate through your own baggage to see what’s right in front of you. Naomi nd Gus are extremely positive influences on one another and this adventure for them is all about finding themselves and letting themselves really feel again when all they’ve experienced is loss and emptiness.

Loved It!

Gus and Naomi. Two people who have hidden their pain in one way or another. Gus loved Viola, but she was on target when she told him at her wedding that he would find a woman he would love forever and it wouldn’t be her. Naomi dealt with the loss of her parents and being humiliated by Florian, along with the other situation you need to read the book to find out about. Gus and Naomi worked so well together. I love the reference that Jasper & Naomi are alike and so are Viola and Gus. The family dynamic between the band members, Viola, and Ady continues in this book. I cannot get enough of this ongoing tale. I have a feeling I’m going to lose it when I head to Keith’s story next. Another amazing story by J. Saman.

Crazy to love you is J. Saman’s third book in her Wild Love series, and it was amazing. First I want to shout out to J. Saman because not only was I able to receive an ARC of this book, but I was given a signed paperback copy. So, Thank you so much for that! Now let’s talk about how obsessed I am with Gus Diamond. Not going to lie he really came off really cocky to me, but who knew under that tough exterior was an amazing man. When he meets Naomi you could see they just balanced one another like light and day. Start with book one first though cause you will be able to see how Gus grows plus this whole group is amazing, and I am excited for Keith’s book. Time to start stalking that sign up haha. Absolute ten out ten. You really don’t want to miss out on this series.

Arc in exchange for an honest review.

I'm so glad I gave this series a chance when first getting into it. There is one thing to say after reading this and Gus' story is one that you do NOT want to miss out on. Honestly, each book in the series just keeps getting better and better, his is my favourite by far at the moment!

I went through the first two books strongly disliking Gus and then only slightly disliking him at the end of the series. But in this book, you do truly get to see what an amazing person he is and how he has grown to be that. Yes he made mistakes when he was younger and was so immature, however he is a different person now - especially in this book. I loved being able to see his relationship with Adalyn it was so cute and I adored it so much.

Naomi was the perfect balance and match for Gus, the Jasper to his Viola. She was the dark to his light. I could not think of a better suited person for Gus than her. I also loved being able to see more of a music aspect focus, we got to see Naomi, a singer, struggle to come back to something that she loves. With the help of Gus and his support, he ends up getting there.

The plot of this book was so good too, that twist at the end surprised me I didn't think it would go that far but damn!

Definitely check out this series and this book when it comes out! I got to see a glimpse of Keith's book at the end and DAMN. I am so excited for that and it's not where near done - I'm already way too impatient, but I'm hooked from the first few paragraphs. It already sounds so mysterious, intense and heartbreaking - my favourite!

Pick this book up when it comes out September 24th and read this series you won't regret it!

It’s been such a long time.. I really haven’t read a Rockstar romance in a while and this one was just perfect. It was a quick, romantic, spicy and emotional read. I knew some characters from other book which made it even better. You can still read this as a standalone though. It will still make perfect sense. It is a story about second chances, but it’s not really a second chance romance. If you have read it you’ll understand what I mean. I loved the pacing of this book, it keeps you entertained from the one page to the next. I love how J. Saman writes, she always makes me mark many passages, there is some wisdom between these pages!

Emotions for days

Another amazing story from J. Saman. Two heartbroken people with all the baggage helping to fill in each other’s broken pieces. I love stories that aren’t overly complicated with just enough twists and turns to keep you on the edge. Plus a little humor and plenty of banter.

Naomi had it all the amazing life the wedding coming then life changed for her and left her picking up the broken pieces of her world.
Now she’s just surviving and made one vow, never fall in love with a musician again.
She’s stay away from everything until she’s asked to sing a duet with Gus, and a powerful duet it was making Naomi question everything.
Gus knows he’s attracted to Naomi but know that with his past and her past it couldn’t happen no matter how intense their chemistry is, but it could also help both of them heal. Will they give the amazing chemistry a chance at love another turn.

The Wild to Love series is comprised of 5 books that can be read as stand alones, though reading them all and in order has the added benefit of getting to know all of the characters that make an appearance in each other’s stories. This series is responsible for getting me out of my month long reading slump! They were quick, fun, sexy and steamy reads that also had me laughing and tearing up.⠀

Reckless To Love is about Lyric and Jameson who start out as friends, but inevitably fall in love, and have to battle the hardships of a long distance relationship when Lyric moves to L.A. to pursue her dream job of making music.⠀

The other 4 books in the series are about the members of a rock band (part of Lyric’s record label) and follow each of the four guys individually. ⠀

Love to Hate Her is about Jasper and Viola finally getting a chance at love when she rejoins the band on tour to help take care of Jasper’s autistic daughter. ⠀

Crazy to Love You is about Gus, Jasper’s brother, moving on from his first love, Viola, and in turn finding his own happiness with Naomi. ⠀

Love to Tempt You is about Keith giving Maia, the girl he met by accident, a helping hand not expecting to feel such a strong pull to her. ⠀

Promise to Love You is about Henry failing to deny and acting on his feelings for Keith’s youngest sister, Eden.⠀

While Love to Hate Her was my favorite, I really loved them all and can definitely see myself reading these books again! I give them all a solid 4 stars. They all have at least a 4.3 rating on Goodreads. They are on Kindle Unlimited too.

After reading the Wild Minds duet, I wasn't sure how this author could redeem Gus. But she did and then some. Gus wasn't my favourite character in the previous duet, but I had to see him get his own story. And I'm so glad I did. Gus and Naomi had a lot of push and pull at the start. I really REALLY enjoyed this. How they both brought a tonne of baggage to the table but helped each other carry it. I'm really glad I read this. Thanks to the author and their team for allowing me to read an early copy of this. I volunteered to leave an unbiased review. All opinions are my own.
