Empiezas una página y te lo devoras en un par de horas, intriga hasta el final. Altamente recomendado.

WTH? Somebody please read this and help me understand what is happening--if that's possible. I won't go into the plot, as that is widely available. To paraphrase another review: I can't tell whether this is some brilliant piece of literature that my simple mind cannot grasp, or total BS--but I enjoyed reading it. Since it is about anarchy, maybe THAT is the point. Most of the high star reviews seem to pretend to undersatnd the christian allegory--if that's what this is!

Imagine Kafka as translated by Lewis Carrol and directed by Terry Gilliam. I can even forgive the allegorizing at the end, as it has a very Kafka-like feel to it, nothing too blunt. A whirlwind of a good time.

An entertaining story that is a fun romp throughout the first 90% of the book and then just slams you (in a good way) with big philosophical questions in the last 10%, ultimately doing a good job with both sections. My one qualm with the book is that, as excellent as Chesterton's general answer to the problem of evil as it is posed by Gregory is in the past 10%, I didn't fully buy Syme's claim that
Spoilerthey had suffered that much at the hands of Sunday,
and so that keeps this from being a five-star review. That being said, everything else going on here was great and I thoroughly enjoyed Chesterton's writing.

Rating: 4 Stars (Very Good).
