This was a quick read that gives us the story of Gus and Jen. This pair work together at Montgomery Security with chemistry that is off the charts. This working pair work well together while fighting the chemistry between them until they cannot fight it any longer. When events occur, they then need to face what is between them in order to figure out if they have a future.

Again, this was a quick read with well written characters and a plot that kept me hooked to the story from start to finish. Overall, this was a great read that I would recommend to others.

Gus is swoon worthy. I loved that he saw Jen for her true authentic self - a strong, independent woman that is just as powerful as her male counterparts and yet, still feminine.  Jen was so focused on not needing anyone that she misses her own feelings for her partner. That is, until things changed and then there was no going back. Their journey was so much fun, despite their bumps along the way.  Great read.

I was hoping for Gus and Jennifer's story since we were first introduced to them and it didn't disappoint. This was an entertaining novella where we get to see Gus and Jennifer as they dance around their attraction to each other while working together. They finally give in to one night together with intentions that it will work their attraction out and then they can go back to being friends, but things don't work out quite as planned and they both have to face their feelings for each other after facing danger. I really enjoyed this quick story!

Hang on my reading friends, this one is fast and full throttle. Carrie Ann Ryan gives us a quick and hot read to warm us up on a winter day with Happily Ever Maybe.

Gus and Jennifer work for Montgomery security and have been partners for about a year. There’s no denying that they both are attracted to one another but with a job like theirs you have to put your feelings to the side.  Or can they?  Finally, they decide to put it all on the line for one night. But life steps in and handy them something else. We see a lot of things happen very quickly, but most of all we see two people stop, denying something that they will truly want and seeing how much their friends back them up in the process. This may be a quick read, but it packs the punch of a full novel and gives everything we love from a romance read.

Gus and Jennifer's fast paced romance made my heart melt. The two are honestly so cute, sweet and steamy together that they are impossible to resist, and their story was an easy and very fun read.

A great short story about co-workers, Gus and Jennifer, who give into their feelings for one another if only for one night or so they think. Another great novella by Carrie Ann. You just can't help to fall in love with all her characters.

Happily Ever Maybe is a fun quick read about Jennifer and Gus. They work for  Montgomery Security but aren’t related to the Montgomery’s. This was a great stand alone book within the Montgomery world! Great read!

Happily Ever Maybe is a novella in the Montgomery Ink Legacy series. We finally get Jennifer and Gus' story. Their chemistry is instant. It's a slow burn that will keep you turning those pages and hooked throughout. It has all the feels and is action packed. This was an enjoyable read.

Happily Ever Maybe is a great addition to the Montgomery Ink Legacy series. Despite it's small size, this story was jam packed with action, steam and drama. Even though we've met the characters in prior novels in this series, this story stands perfectly fine on its own. I loved this story between Gus and Jennifer. Excellent!
