Much better towards the end but this was way too fast. I know comics are not the same as a novel but this was too quick and too convenient. As much as I wanted to know more about a young Maxim, I don't know if I'll be continuing these.

I need more of the Pirate Queen, guys. That woman is so fucking vicious. I'm terrified. But the first arc "The Steel Prince and the Pirate Queen" is finished now and I look forward to reading the next arc!
This issue (and the whole arc in general) was a bit rushed and ended abruptly but I love it nonetheless. The last two pages are great. You can really see Maxim's development. He's slowly growing on me.

I LOVE this.
When I first started these graphic novels, I said that they would help me determine if I love or hate king Maxim.
While I'm still not sure how I feel about King Maxim, I am now certain that I absolutely adore Prince Maxim.
I'm really enjoying this part of his story, the friendship, the personal growth and the adventures are so gripping, so well written and the art is so well done!
I need more!

Finally stakes get a bit higher as characters play dirty.
I enjoyed this issue the best, I believe, since it was hard to foresee what the outcome was going to be.
