I binged through this series just before this book came out this year, but when I jumped into this book, I was so heartbroken that it was going to end, that I put it down and didnt look at it for over 4 months. But I finally finished it, and whilst it had a few too many povs that it could have done without it was still a beautiful ending to a beautiful story. I know I will surely be picking this up again and re reading it in the future!

Giving this 5 stars bc I did very much enjoy the series as a whole, I just think it could have been a little shorter, like maybe just a teensy bit less failure would have made it more enjoyable to read but it was still so good.

20 books it took to get to this moment, with each one being its own magical masterpiece. Caroline and Susanne, I cannot thank you enough for the last 6 months and the whirlwind of emotions I’ve experienced reading Ruthless Boys and Zodiac Academy. Every laugh, every tear, every smile, every cringe; they will all hold a special place in my heart forevermore. Reading about the world of Solaria has been unlike anything I’ve ever experienced; I’ve never felt so many real emotions and such a deep connection to characters when reading. The world you have created is one of a kind, and I cannot wait to continue my journey, first jnto Darkmore Penitentiary tomorrow, and then into the Waning Lands later this month ♥️
