It was really refreshing and interesting perspective on a WW2 novel that was very readable and had a lot of plot points that kept the reader engaged. Written in 1. person plural, i also appreciated the risks in the writing style. The book is raw and kristof truly captures the innocence and cleverness of the two protagonists beautifully.
